We partner with Reimbursify to simplify filing with insurance to request reimbursement for self pay services. Your therapist can produce a Superbill for you to file to check with your insurance company to see if you may be reimbused for services. There is no gaurantee for reimbursement of self-pay services.

$155-$175/90 minutes for individuals and $180-$200/90 minutes for couples Initial intake sessions are 85 minutes. All individual sessions are conducted through HIPAA compliant telethealth software and can be accessed via mobile, tablet, laptop or PC. Call to schedule an initial intake.
$130-$150/50 minutes — Individual sessions are 53 minutes after the initial 85 minute intake session. All individual sessions are conducted through HIPAA compliant telethealth software and can be accessed via mobile, tablet, laptop or PC.
$155-$175/50 minutes — Couples or family sessions are 53 minutes after the initial 85 minute intake session. All couples or family sessions are conducted through HIPAA compliant telethealth software and can be accessed via mobile, tablet, laptop or PC. Couples or family members may be together sharing a device or in separate locations using different devices.

Cancellation Policy - Please provide 48 hours advanced notice if you are unable to keep an appointment. If you fail to attend two sessions without advanced notice you will be charged the full session fee for any subsequent missed sessions that are not cancelled with prior notice. If you fail to attend three consecutive sessions without notification, your counselor may request to terminate the counseling relationship, at which time you will be provided with appropriate referrals to other counseling professionals.
