Cecilia is a National Certified Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Clinical Supervisor, a Gottman Level 1 couples’ therapist and is an Emdria trained EMDR therapist. She has over 8 years of experience in addiction and behavioral health and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina State University.
Additional education includes a graduate certificate in counseling education from N. C. State as well as a master’s degree in Liberal Studies from Wake Forest University and a bachelor’s in business administration from Catawba College. Cecilia has sought additional training in trauma, EMDR and addiction, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, victim advocacy for survivors of gender based violence, emotionally focused therapy, and providing affirming and responsive treatment to BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and Autistic and Neurodiverse individuals.

All prices listed are the self-pay rate. Cecilia is currently in network with Aetna and BCBS insurance through Headway. Policy holders of other insurance companies will be charged the self-pay rate. Limited low cost rates available, contact Cecilia for more information.
All counseling and supevision sessions are conducted through HIPAA compliant telethealth software and can be accessed via mobile, tablet, laptop or PC.
Initial Intake for Counseling
$175/55 minutes for individuals and $200/55 minutes for couples Initial intake sessions are 55 minutes. All clients will have an intake session for their first session.
Individual Counseling
$150/55 minutes — Individual sessions are 55 minutes after the initial intake session. Cecilia has experience with adults across the lifespan managing a variety of mental health concerns with specialties in addiction, trauma, parenting special needs, and the challenges of emerging adulthood.
Couples/Family Counseling
$175/55 minutes — Couples or family sessions are 55 minutes after the initial intake session. Cecilia works with a wide range of couples and has a specialty with couples struggling with with how addiction and recovery can impact relationships. Couples or family members may be together sharing a device or in separate locations.
Group Therapy
Variable hourly rate — Group offerings vary based on resources and demand. Cecilia is experienced in designing and implementing group counseling experiences based on the unique needs of an organization. Email or call for more information.
Professional Supervision
$100/month — Cecilia is a CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor) with the North Carolina Addiction Specialist Professional Practice Board and offers equity informed supervision to those seeking credentialing or licensure through the NCASPPB.
